Houston Community College

eSiteful led the complete architectural overhaul of all Internet and intranet systems for Houston Community College (HCC). With over 53,000 enrolled students, HCC is the second largest community college system and 13th largest post-secondary educational institution in the United States. HCC conducted a nationwide search and selected eSiteful out of a group of 43 competing companies.

The Information Architecture project involved a complete site review, a comprehensive competitive analysis, multiple group facilitation sessions, user surveys, taxonomy and labeling, wire frame structure and usability testing, graphic design, style guides, ROI reports, staffing recommendations and a Content Management System RFP.

The new HCC site will be managed using the Vignette Web Content Management System and is scheduled to launch in 2007.
