BP America Best Practices Workshop

The BP Best Practices Workshop is an annual conference where engineers from around the world get together to share ideas. eSiteful was challenged to consolidate numerous audio, video and PowerPoint presentations into a single, cohesive collection.

We used the latest in Microsoft streaming media technologies and custom-programmed JavaScript to provide virtual presentations in a server-less environment. Originally produced as a CD-ROM, the collection became a site on the BP corporate intranet—both utilizing the exact same code base, thus saving programming costs.

Fresh, energetic graphics and typography provide a familiar look to the BP corporate site. And a one-click interface makes the site user friendly and easy to navigate. A short Flash introduction combines colorful graphics with an upbeat music track.
